Refund & Shipping Policy
Shipping & Delivery:
- We process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery times depend on the destination country (UAE & European Union orders usually take 3–15 business days).
- Tracking numbers will be provided via email once the order is dispatched.
Return & Sample Policy:
- 5ml Discovery Samples: Due to hygiene and safety standards, discovery samples are non-refundable once opened.
- Full Bottles (40ml / 50ml / etc.): Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours with order details and photos for a quick replacement.
